Day 8-Why worry

Day 8-PAFUMH

Worry, why worry
One of the most problematic habits to get rid of is worry. We worry over everything. Worry if you don't have a spouse, if you have a spouse, you then worry when pregnancy is delayed, if you get pregnant you then worry if the child will be birth in a perfect labour, once you have the child, you begin to worry about the well being of the child. It won't stop there. You worry about the child school, about the child university, when the child graduates you worry about employment, marriage and whether she will have delayed pregnancy ...amazing how much we worry over. Now Jesus knew that worry is a killer, and he breaks it down in Matthew 6v25-34.

We worry about cloths, drink, food, life etc. we worry because we don't have faith in God to provide and to protect. We should be assured that if He could look after the small things of life, the birds etc, how then would He not look after us his children.

Some truth about worry:
Worry will not stop what you are worried about
Worry exposes our lack of  faith...Mk 4:38-40
Worry embarrasses God before Satan and opposition
Worry belittles us as champions. Numbers 13v33
Worry is a sin. Ps 38v18 CEB version
Worry allows sicknesses into our body. Pro 15v13
Worry makes us suffers for nothing....2Kings 7v1-20
Worry is the first step the devil uses to bring fear
Worry is anti prayer
Worry brings anxiety
And so on...

So why don't you determine in your heart for the next 12 hours to pray against the spirit of worry, and nail it?

You can pray, taking each fact listed above, and speak against the spirit of worry. Why worry, when you can pray. Do you know, there are many things you can lay claim for in the word of God, that you are worried over?

Put the devil to shame today. Stop that worrisome thoughts. Believe God

Pray for the increase that we are entering into in NCC, that it will manifest speedily.
