ARE YOU A SLASHER?

Hey folks, its been sometime. Apology for disappearing off your radar. I have used the entire 2010 to re-adjust my life pattern. Slashing the slasher in my life! Slasher? Yes, a word coined by New York author Marci Alboher. The word descibes a a growing number of people who cannot give a single and simple answer when asked: and what do you do for a living?...e.g Pastor/Lawyer/Businessman/Investor/Speaker/Writer/Singer etc.

2010, no doubt was my best year ever. I have concentrated 99.9% on one thing: Ministry: teaching, developing, mentoring and preaching the word to the men and women of God, and erm...also settling down to looking after our own church building. Busy, but more focused. This is pure Joy. So, what have you been doing...are you a slasher, and if so, how have you been coping?

KORAN: IS THE PASTOR, SILLY

I find the art of burning symbols or even in the most diabolical circumstances, political burning of human beings ranked as one of the basest evil that man can do to man. However, I found it strange for an evangelical Pastor to plan, arrange and canvass for the burning of the Koran as most strange and uncalled for...it shows nothing but abject stupidity and unchristian! Could this be the beginning of Islam-phobic that may set a tinder box of inflammable consequences all over the world or its going to be seen as one of those attention seeking gesture of ignominy. Thinking about it, it can achieve nothing but unnecessary boiling of the temperature of the religious tensions all over the world.
